In partnership with fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty, CIM presents 400 Paul Avenue, a premier powered shell data center project in San Francisco, California. The facility will be the first purpose-built center in the city of San Francisco in over a decade. 400 Paul offers physical access to 12 MW of electrified utility connection, with an additional 12 MW utility feed committed by PG&E. This is a unique and competitive advantage over other Bay Area data centers, which must undertake lengthy processes with utilities to significantly expand service connection. The property also provides access to the densest fiber network of any datacenter location in the entire northern California market and a landing spot for traffic from Europe and Asia to the West Coast.

1547 selects Walsh Construction as the general contractor. Data center designs are approved by the City of San Francisco.
Construction of Building A begins.
Data center shell construction kicks off.
2MW of turnkey data center space becomes available in Building B.
